TCEK 18-Month Warranty Policy

At TCEK, we are committed to providing the highest quality outdoor gear and stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Our 18-Month Warranty covers manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship.

We guarantee that every TCEK product is free from manufacturing defects, and we will repair or replace any genuine TCEK chair purchased from an authorized distributor or official sales channel if it is found to be defective, at our discretion.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, which includes the natural aging and breakdown of materials over time, such as fabric fading, rust, or wear from regular use.

If your TCEK chair is damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can assess the damage and may provide suggestions for repair options.

In cases where the product cannot be repaired after damage from misuse, we may offer a one-time courtesy discount on the purchase of a new TCEK product.

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect exists if the product deviates from its intended design or specifications during production. This warranty covers defects in materials (such as aluminum frames, fabrics, rubber feet, etc.) or workmanship (including seams, construction, etc.).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@tcek.com Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem. This information will help us provide the best solution as quickly as possible. Please note that replacements can only be shipped within the U.S. territory.
