We offer free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Estimates

Orders generally ship the same day or the next business day. Once shipped:

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may experience an additional 7-10 business days of transit time compared to deliveries within the contiguous U.S.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary. Even with expedited shipping, there may still be an extended transit time for Alaska and Hawaii orders.

Possible Shipping Delays

Most TCEK orders ship on schedule. However, factors such as weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, or incorrect delivery information can delay your shipment.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact support@tcek.com with your order information.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

Once an order is placed and items are in stock, we begin the fulfillment process immediately. This means that in most cases, we cannot cancel or modify the order, including changes to the delivery address or products selected.
