TCEK Warranty Policy

Comprehensive Coverage:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace any genuine TCEK chair purchased through authorized dealers or official channels that is found to be defective.
Exclusions and Limitations:
Our warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, and normal wear and tear, including rust and color degradation over time.
Additional Commitment:
If your TCEK chair is damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can evaluate the damage and may suggest possible remedies. If the damage cannot be repaired, we offer a one-time discount on the purchase of a new TCEK product.
Claim Process:
